Carpet cleaning should be as follows: There should be a base price for coming to your home. All prices include: pre-spot, pre-condition, deodorize with deep steam clean and light furniture moving. Additional rooms are 20.00 each and stairs are 2.00 per step. Carpet Protector prices vary from 20.00 to 25.00 per room. One room is considered 200 square feet and under.
