Our staff has the sensitivity, training and technical skills to
deal with the unique situations trauma scenes present.
These situations often disrupt the normal patters of life and can
cause a great deal of stress for the individuals involved Our staff is
trained to be sensitive to the emotional needs of the individuals
involved. We treat the client's needs along with the needs of the
contaminated structure and and contents.

representatives to provide their insured the best service possible.
Trauma situations include many hazards which can present serious
long-term health implications. We fully understand the hazards involved
and the protocols of blood borne pathogen cleanup, sanitation & restoration.
BIOHAZARDS
A biohazard is any material that can cause harm to a living
organism. Unsanitary water such as sewer backups (Black Water), urine and fecal
matter, chemical or medical wastes, and blood spills are some examples. Viral,
fungal, and bacterial diseases such as hepatitis B, HIV, and e-coli are the
potential hazards that these situations present.
These situations can be extremely dangerous and must be
approached with due caution both from technical and emotional stand
points. Our primary concern is the health and safety of the present and
future occupants of the dwelling.
Our trained technicians will remove, clean, and sanitize all
biohazards from the property. First Response Carpet
Care will then properly dispose of all
biohazards materials.
